There is a common expression in our world today. One of them is don't trust brokers. Unless of course these brokers happen to be your friend and they are hooking you up. If not, they still pretend to be your friend to seal the deal. As for service. It takes about 4 voicemails and 2 weeks for them to reply via something you can take to court. IE email. They, with 20/20 vision now, purposely prefer phone calls/in person because its through those mediums that they can flip flop and pretend they didn't say or claim that.
