This doctor and her team have no regard to what resources are available to patients today. Further they do not work with insurance companies directly. I came from another city and realized how spoiled I was with my readers delivered to my door and pharmacy had all my scripts. Here they charge you $30 to answer emails and voicemail. No innovation & lack collaboration. The sign on the door when entering office is a giveaway that they really do need training on how to work with patients.
