    The woman working...

    The woman working at this store was terrible. She had rolled her eyes at me as she flipped through the some 20+ books I brought in ( I had to take a bus from Ajax,lugging the books the whole way ) 90% of these books were no older than 4 years and she had told me she could only take one because there was a smoker who lives in my house. These books were in great condition. The lady at the cash was horribly rude and I hope someone sees this and does something about it.

    The woman at this...

    The woman at this store is completely rude. I needed extra money for bus fair to get to an interview, and brought in my best collection of hardcover books. This woman huffed and puffed as she was "calculating" what she could offer me. She said "Well, the best I can offer you is $9.99 store credit or $5.00 cash". I was dumbfounded and stated that each book was in mint condition and she just said "Well these books are old and wouldn't sell" If I didn't need the cash I would've left immediately.

    They treat customers horribly...Stay away

    The middle aged woman at this place is rude. I brought in books to sell and she treated me with great disrespect. She even scoffed at me with two other ladies. She said that she was busy so we arranged for me to leave the books & come back later. When I came back she said that I was interrupting her lunch. She then offered me a store credit of $12 or $6 cash for 12 kid's books in perfect condition. I took my books back & left this sorry excuse for a business. She should be fired.
