    Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

    Purchased a queen mattress and box spring a month ago from a different Brick location but after using it for 3 weeks I found it just to soft and I was not sleeping properly. I went to this location today and the associate Kim was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the exchange mattress and box spring. Would use this location and associate again.

    On Boxing day ( wed dec26th) we purchased a freezer, we were told that it would be in the store Friday 28th at 4pm for pickup. It was raining that day so my husband went Saturday, he was told that the salesman never should have told us that because it was showing Delivery for Sunday the 30th. My husband asked what time are you open , 9am he was tol Today (Sunday) he went for 9, they open at 10 and shocking, the freezer not only isnt there BUT would be in Jan 10th. In my world this is lying!

    We purchased a new home in August and bought all of our furniture from the Brick Whitby. Abi the sales associate was an absolute delight! she went above and beyond in helping us select the right pieces of furniture for our entire house! The store Manager Masheed was wonderful! He took time out to meet with us and assured us that the deliveries would take place in a timely manner. We received follow up calls from him personally where he checked in on us and made sure that all was in order!

    Bought LG appliances from The Brick Whitby. Adam the sakes associate was fantastic. Very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed and best value. Highly recommended. Also Todd and Christopher the delivery guys. They were amazing, went above and beyond to get a very fridge in.Thank you to all of you. Cm

    Absolute worst Brick warehouse. They sales consultants are as rude as they can get. They will sell you defective products and do not abide by the 3 day/7 day satisfaction rule. I've bought many products from various Brick warehouses but this is by far the worst. Such an unprofessional facility.

    purchased bunkbeds nov 20th, was told 5-10 days for delivery. I said i needed at least 10 days because i'm ordering mattresses from sleep country too that will be delivered the 6th.They couldn't reach me(the kids and i have had the flu),didn't leave a voicemail and didn't call back the next day to tell me they're still waiting on the shipment and likely won't be in until the 13th at the earliest to the 20th of dec.
