    Mr Pasini has been extremely helpful . Over and above anyone else we called. Very personable. He Wanted to make sure our problem was solved over his profit. I would call him again and recommend to all my friends !!!

    HORRIBLE!

    Horrible service, apparently open 10-5, called around 10:15 and he was still in bed, told me to drop off at a small business, called him and gave me attitude. Do not go through him for repairs and for the love of god, DO NOT purchase anything from RCA
