Juste parfait

Essayer le thé comme à Marrakech. Endroit super, juste ce qu'il faut. Informel sans être éparpillé. Nourriture impeccable.

Le Tire-bouchon is a French bistro with subdued decor and a friendly atmosphere, where all your attention is drawn to your plate. Dishes reflect the dual culinary influences of the owner, from France and Morocco. Accordingly, the menu includes profiteroles with salmon and shrimp, tartare, duck confit and beef steak, as well as pastilla, couscous, or lamb shank with prunes braised in a tagine. Dessert offerings include chocolate mousse and a maple syrup sweet, as well as citrus salad and Marrakech-style mint tea. Finally, the restaurant is aptly named as it offers an extensive wine list of mostly French wines.
