Will NEVER call this company again!!!
I actually would have rated this company a 0, but I didn't have the option. I had an emergency plumbing situation. I have never been so disappointed with a company before. I actually called for their service and was told they would be there in the morning. They never showed or called. I called and was told they would be there in the late afternoon. I waited untill late afternoon and they still didn't show or have the respect to call and let me know they weren't coming, knowing I took the day off of work. By this time they were not taking any more phone calls, very frustrating. Not very professional. Will never call or refer to anyone!
