Be careful when shopping in this outlet store because nothing is refundable. They told me I can refund everything within 30 days because the clothes that I bought couldn’t be tried on due to the pandemic, and then two weeks later I went back to get my reimbursement they told me they never refund anything but only store credits. They even ask the original salesperson to write me an email saying the whole refund story “a big lie”. The worst customer experience ever. Very rude sales ladies.
