Fraîcheurs du Marché is a small deli located in Marché St-Jacques in South-Central Montreal; it's a neighbourhood shop where customers can find seasonal products and quality food. “We are a small market that carries many fine products, fresh fruits and vegetables," explains owner Jimmy Provost. "We have an enthusiastic team and our customers don't hesitate to ask us for products because we'll find them for them,” he adds.

Jimmy knows the food industry well, having held a seasonal kiosk for many years near a subway station. During his youth spent on the South Shore, his mother owned a fruit store and this passion for quality products is rooted in the family. “During my teenage years, I also worked in the pepper, tomato, and cauliflower industry. My family was surrounded by it; even my grandfather had a market. My mother always supported my journey as a self-employed person,” explains Jimmy.
