Mauvais service a la clientèle

J'ai recu la moitié de ma commande. Ils m'ont rapportés l'autre moitié 1h45 après que j'ai appelé la première fois. Pas de crédit offert sur la commande, que des excuses bidon. Ose inscrire 100% qualité garantie depuis 22 ans, mais pas moyen d'offrir un rabais après près de 2 heures d'attente.
