Burger Royal offers the best in farm to table, growing mostly by word of mouth since it opened in 2012. This soon to be unhidden gem has already made an impact in the Plateau-Mont-Royal areas and around the city, with beef is sourced from 2 small farms with a reputation for sustainable grass-fed, free range, hormone-free & antibiotic-free cattle, all raised on pastures in the heart of Quebec.

“We purchase the best possible ingredients and source from the best local artisans for products like our organic bread and homemade desserts” says Sami Midani, co-owner and manager of the restaurant. “Our beef is ground in-house from full cuts. You wouldn’t imagine eating the trimmings on a steak and not the steak itself, so why put that in your burger? Everyone wants the steak!"
