Angie Sathia is the manager of Restaurant Savourez, which opened on August 1, 2016. She grew up in France, but during a trip to Montreal she fell in love with the city and decided to stay and build her life. "Cooking has always been a passion for me," recalls Angie. "I do it with pleasure and enthusiasm, because I can always leave my mark."
Before joining the Restaurant Savourez team, Angie worked at Desjardins for 10 years, mainly in customer service. "I gained experience that allows me to serve and ensure that everyone is satisfied," she explains. And this is exactly what she focuses on. During her maternity leave, restaurant owner Dimitri Audain offered her a management position as a show of support.
