Nathalie Coté, co-owner of Stella Pizzeria, has extensive experience in the restaurant business. "I've always worked in this field," she explains. Nathalie is also the owner of Brasserie Bernard, which she managed before opening the pizzeria. Her desire to explore what the restaurant business had to offer led to her meeting with Alessandro Bleve, an Italian chef who cherished the dream of opening his own pizzeria. "I learned by chance that Alessandro shared the same ambitions," says Nathalie. "I was looking for a location to open a pizzeria. He told me that his relatives in Italy had always worked in catering and he was looking for an opportunity to embark on his own to follow their path."
The match was quite simply perfect and Alessandro became the chef at Stella Pizzeria. Then Sara Belley joined in to complete the trio, thanks to her vast experience in the restaurant industry. Nathalie saw this as "a perfect opportunity, as best friends, working together, to invest and become co-owners." And this is how Stella Pizzeria came to open its doors on September 1, 2016.
