Employee refused to serve me at 4:31 pm on a Saturday, stating they were closed. (hours display 5 pm). Attitude is detrimental to both clientele and the business.
I ordered my food and the first women kept saying "what" instead of being more polite when not hearing me. Then the man barely put sauce on my sandwich because he had none left which he should've changed it. Then the girl at the cash began to talk about me to her co worker assuming I don't know French saying she doesn't know what my problem is and I have attitude. Worse service I would never come back!
Le Subway le plus froid que je connais à MTL, quand il va faire -20 ou -25 cette hiver je vais rester chez moi. Impossible de manger sur place avec la porte du home dépôt qui s'ouvre a chaque 2 min ..j'ai vraiment eu pitié pour les petites filles qui travail la bas une chance que se n'était pas une de mes filles elle aurait démissionné sur le champ. Un client réaliste qui aime manger au CHAUD ...Bon je sais ça ne va rien changer c juste mon opinion merci
