    Poor service

    Very bad service ... We take our first appointment to clean our air conditioned ($130 + tax), the guy never came for appointment... We call back to see what happens, we are told that there was a rush and that we are not "client" and "clients" are privileged when there is a rush. I have a hard time to see how this company is planning their marketing to attract new customers. They think do us a favor by coming to see us... us, who must pay without being considered as "client".

    Très mauvais service... On prend notre premier rendez-vous pour nettoyer notre air climatisée (130$+taxes), le gars ne se présente pas au rendez-vous... On rappel pour savoir ce qui se passe, on nous dit qu'il y avait un rrush et qu'on n'est pas "client" et que les "clients" sont prévilègiés lorsqu'il y a un rush. J'ai bien de la misère à concevoir comment cette compagnie envisage leur marketing pour attirer de nouveaux clients. Ils pensaient peut être nous faire une faveur en venant nous voir... nous, qui devont payer sans pouvoir être considéré "client".

    Pour travailler depuis maintenant 25 ans dans le domaine c'est tout à fait normal que les clients réguliers soit privilégiés et passe avant les nouveaux clients en périodes de grand achalandage et cela c'est dans tout les domaines. C'est plutôt la façon qu'ils vous l'ont signifié qui est inadéquat.

    Vive la température constante

    Je voulais un climatiseur murale pour avoir une température adéquate chez nous. J'ai donc magasiné à plusieurs endroits. C'est toutefois chez Miville que j'ai acheté. Leur choix de modèle est impressionnant et ils connaissent leur produit. J'e me suis très bien fait servir et je suis extrêmement satisfait du climatiseur acheté. Amenez-en de la chaleur cet été!!!
