    Nous avons du payer des frais pour un appareil garanti, le suivi a prit plusieurs mois. Bref un service a la clientèle absent.La communication difficile.

    Nous avions contacté plomberie Carillon pour un problème avec notre climatiseur et nous demandais plus de 1000$ pour changer le moteur. Lorsque Éric est venu, il a constaté que le problème nétait pas le moteur mais une autre pièce vraiment moins dispendieuse. Je pense que cela nous a coûté autour de 200 ou 300$ et le climatiseur fonctionne maintenant super bien. Il est très compétent.
