Restaurant Bistro St-Sauveur

Ma découverte de vendredi dernier! un excellant restaurant, avec beaucoup de choix, une multitude de gout et d'assaisonnement dans les assiettes, tout est bien apprêté, belle présentation, le propriétaire prend bien le temps d'expliquer chaque façon d'apprêter chaque morceau de viande et de poisson. personnellement, nous avons choisit l'assiette dégustation, qui nous permet de gouter a 3 merveilles du menu pour mieux découvrir ! bravo a la Cheffe de marier l'ensemble des gouts a la perfection!

Apportez votre vin à St Sauveur. Excellent.

Ambiance chaleureuse, nourriture un régal ,le service courtois et rapide .. Une soirée très agréable …

Service excellent, la propriétaire est très sympathique, la nourriture est très bonne, j’y suis allée 2 jours de suite, première fois, escalopes de veau et la seconde, mijotée de bœuf, c’était tendre et délicieux, à recommander sans hésitation, on peut apporter son vin, autre avantage non négligeable……bravo pour le chef !!!!!!

Keep walking up Rue Principal to any other place

Stale buns to start....sub par appetizers..ubiquitous pinkish dressing on ordinary salad..raclette served in a dish with an obvious large chip in it....not exactly a good start so anticipation of what was to come not great.....tough ,duo confit of canard and I'm not sure what the other fowl (foul) leg was......bison fared a little better and veggies were acceptable but overall the meals were quite disappointing....we went home for coffee and dessert! With so many other restaurants to try on Rue Principal... I suggest strongly that you keep walking past this one because you won't be missing anything. We chose it because it was a Bring your own wine place which we were in the mood for.....thank god our wine was memorable !
