Capital Cab (2000) D & G Taxi Ltd

Female dispatcher on Thursday May 31 at 10AM and 3PM respectively INCREDIBLY rude and disparaging to an elder woman enquiringly over a lost hearing aid. Senior was told by this dispatcher that there was no one working after 5PM (go figure that one out). Obviously this woman either had a rotten day or is simply inherently nasty; regardless, she needs to work at a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. Really awful.

An unsafe rip-off.

Our driver just started driving without us telling him the address of the place we wanted to go. Once we did tell him the address and that it was in Grasslands, he tried to go to the east side of the city. For someone who is responsible for getting us to our destination safely, he sure was on his phone a lot. What should have been a $10 cab ride, turned into $18.

Saved stranded school children

My grade 3 class and I got stranded in Regina when our bus broke down. They sent 6 cabs- 5 to pick up kids and 1 to pick up our lunches. They were extremely fast and compassionate. Also, our bill was deeply discounted. They even called us back to make sure we were all taken care of. Thank you dispatcher from May 17, 2013. You are an angel. :)

The worst can ride ever!

Very bad service took one yesterday he didn't had working terminal so he stops at a 7/11 so I can withdraw money and he charges me for all this. It was the worst ride ever! All the fighting over the radio, the rude attitude towards me, and he charge 19 dls over a trip that usually is 8dls 9 at most. I would downrate if I could.

report bad east indian driver

a east indian driver picked up my child from school very early, school was not done school finished 330pm yet he tryed to pick her up 3pm !! he kept meter running, waiting for my child callin her names . it only takes $5 to get from there to here. yet the bill came up to $15 ! unacceptable !
