Ordered vanilla and chocolate shake in drive thru. Got to pickup window and was handed vanilla and strawberry. Pointed out if ordered a chocolate. Girl looked at till tape and said “they punched it in as strawberry” and turned away. Decided I could live with strawberry but won’t go back. They’ve forgotten that the only reason employees (like her) get to keep coming back is that customers keep coming back. We keep the doors open and the lights on and, oh yeah, the employees getting paid.
