Have been using Diamond for many years. Always a great job. Carpets we thought were destroyed by tenants brought back to life again, looking fresh and clean. I like their powerful van mounted equipment. That should be the first thing you look for as opposed to the guys with little mini units in their van or the guys dragging around portable units.

Hi I received my area rug back and when i picked it up to put it back all this crap was falling out even taco chips, I had to take it out and beat it outside it was amazing how much stuff was in the carpet, so not sure if they just drove around with it all week and then returned it, it never really had alot of stains on it a few but they are still there, It is a long shag and the vacuum does not get it out, thats why i get it cleaned but not with these guys again
