UPS Customer Centres

The worse company I have dealt with 5 days from Saskatoon to Biggar and package has no arrived they lye tell you delivery delayed do to weather and the weather has been perfect here for almost a week

Waited home all day for my package to arrive because it required a signature. It said it would be delivered by the end of the day and never happened. Terrible customer service. I hope to never do business with them again.

Horrible service. Instead of delivering my parcel to their downtown location, which is three blocks from where I live, they expect me to pick it up at their main depot on the other end of town. No thanks UPS I have better things to do with my time.

I stayed at home to wait for a package. I'm 100% sure that no one has come, but the status of the item has changed to "The receiver was not available at the time of the final delivery attempt. / We're attempting to contact the receiver to request additional information." No one contacted me until the end of the day. I called them, and they said simply pick up by myself. I have to go across the town to get the package. BTW, they open the door at 4pm.

I just wanted a cake to be delivered to my work. Within the city ! How hard is that ??? They basically talked me out of it. And said " yes if you are not scared that I will get damaged we can deliver it for you. Call us back. Bye " . and simply hang up.

This is by far the worst company to deal with I sat at home three days not going to work to wait for my package , three times they came and left slips that they were there not once did they ring the door bell and I was home all day all three days, then after they said I could just go ups and pick up my package well I called they were like "yup we're open package is here come anytime" I went across town to find out the store is open 4-8 pm the lady on the phone I guess to forget to mention that.

Worst company to deal with. Countless times I waste my day staying home to make sure I can sign for packages. They claim they attempt to deliver but no answer(when there was absolutely no attempt) or that the address is somehow incorrect. I say they're too lazy to deliver and rather make you drive to the city to pick up in store to waste more of my time. I don't give them my phone number for no reason. They should be calling if they have any sort of issue because I've been home every time.

If you live in the country side despite having a canada post address fully surveyed lots and addresses ups doesn't attempt to deliver they would rather you pick up the parcel at their main office.
