Fabulous food! I have walked by on several occasions and was certainly not disappointed when finally trying their place. You can tell the food is made from scratch and with skill. The real buffalo mozzarella in the caprese is a nice change and the lamb was cooked perfectly. Ambiance was nice and relaxed, not overly noisy. Waiters are very nice and attentive. Wine list is impressive. Biagio himself was nice enough to introduce himself at our table; A very pleasant surprise. Apparently they have monthly wine tasting events too. We will definitely return.

This restaurant was by far one of the nicest I have visited in awhile. The food was excellent in quality and display. The service was second to none, and the entire staff was well trained and very friendly. After dinner, we sipped on cocktails with the owner himself. The place as a whole has a fine dining atmosphere with a friendly and relaxed environment. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
The food at Biagio's is second to none. The ambiance is wonderful. We did not sit on the patio this time but if you get a chance to do so in the summer months, it is like you are not even in the city. You feel as though you are in some piazza in the north of Italy. Very impressive wine list, the owner Biagio is very hospitable and the wait staff are very attentive. I would highlt recommend this restaurant. It is is a nice location near the St. Lawrence Market and in a beautiful building. A unique experience indeed and we love this restaurant!
The previous two times that my husband and I had attended the restaurant we were left thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. Unfortunately this last time was a bit of a dissapointment. My calamari appetizer was greasy and my fillet mignon entree was a bit tough. I am not sure that we will be so anxious to come to Biagio again. The meal was NOT worth the cost. I have had better meals at a less expensive restaurant

Excellent food and service with Tony. Pasta was delicious and ossobucco with saffron risotto were hearty. Sicilian wine was fine. Warm cheesecake in phyllo, chocolate mousse cake and pannacotta were a fine ending.

Although we have dined in the restaurant many times, it was the first time we had our meal on the patio. (It is usually too hot or too cold, but it was a perfect day so the patio was a good choice this time. As always the food was execllent as was the gracious service. I started with the daily soup (beef barley with plenty of beef); followed by grilled salmon with salad; and finished with tiramisu. The menu is à la carte so it isn't cheap to have three courses, but it was worth it.

We went to Biagio for Valentine's day dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious, good seating. However, bright cool ceiling lights do not create a pleasant atmosphere. The servers were nice and attentive. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience for us, as our food took over an hour to arrive. People who arrived much later than us already finished their meals while we were still waiting. We finished our bottle of wine and were just tired and hungry. I guess our order got lost somewhere, it happens, but timing is everything. The food wasn't bad, but for a $28 dollar plate of vegetarian pasta, I would expect a lot more flavor. Nobody offered parmesan, salt and pepper shakers on the table were empty. Tiramisu was also just OK. Overall, a pretty expensive place so I expected more than average. I would not come back.

The atmosphere was our fault entirely because we chose to eat on the patio despite the heavy construction going on beside us. The restaurant staff counselled us against it but we really wanted a patio lunch ! Everything else was superb.
