The Flash Cafe

The Flash Cafe is located near Place Laurier, it has a 50's dinner style, with Marilyn Monroe pictures hanging throughout the restaurant. The service is very friendly, and the employees know what they are doing. They have a very varried menu, ranging from burgers and pizza to pad thai. I'v had their pizza on countless occations and it has always been excellent! The crust in soft and crunchy, the sauce is plentyfull, and the cheese is good quality. This diner has a very cozzy feel to it and that is why I'v been there on many occations.

The most original burgers in Quebec City

Le Flash Bistro revisits the retro elements that made the original establishment, le Flash Café, a popular place for over 15 years. The restaurant has undergone a rejuvenation and now offers a menu that is more responsive to customer tastes. The Whitehail, a deer burger with peppers, mushrooms and arugula (rocket), is an original and delicious burger. There is also a very enticing veggie burger on the menu.
