I don't normally write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. My wife and I ate at this restaurant and like most were blown away by the customer service we received. They greeted us first by opening the door for us, checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and thanked us at the end for coming and opened the door for us when we were done. I honestly felt like I was in a small town restaurant and cannot say enough good things about this A & W. Read more

Service was wonderful. All the food was hot and our order, which was over $50.00, was perfect . Not 1 item missing including straws, napkins etc. The staff was fast and efficient as well as friendly. The restaurant was very clean also. I would most definitely recommend this A+W location to everyone who enjoys great food and awesome service. Just like the old days! Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it. I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else. BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die.
