The customer service at this location was great! it was easy to return our rental Uhaul and the service was friendly. I would use and reccomend this location again.
In the past U haul has been horrible for us, including some of the small businesses that rent the trucks, but not this one! this one will keep me coming back!

Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Our family was extremely impressed with the managers this summer. The showers are completely finished and look great. The bathrooms were well maintained the whole weekend and the kids had a lot of fun playing on the playground and the beach. The games room looked like a dump last year, but the staff have re-painted and added to it, the kids couldn't get enough of it. The movie nights were moved inside so my kids could still had something to do at night even though it rained. The lookout trail hike was easy and quick for my whole family with an amazing view, but the lake was still a little too cold for swimming.
On the first night there were some younger, loud campers that the staff took care of. The managers didn’t go to bed until everything was taken care of. It was great to see that they are enforcing their noise policies. If we wanted to rent a boat or have help moving our fire pit the staff were happy and eager to help. We never had to wait long after our request was made. Such amazing staff members and campground. We are definitely coming back this summer!

Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.
