I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great. Read more

We have bought scores of shoes, winter boots and most recently I picked up a gorgeous pair of moccassins for my daughter - the kind of surprise where we buy them together and put them away for Christmas!
