Alex was great, I was told by another tech that my heat exchanger was done and needed a new furnace, I call Alex for a second opinion and all that was wrong was the limit switch, he took the time to test everything including carbon monoxide through the house. Everything was documented in the contract and he went exactly according to the plan. The entire house was done in three days and the result is gorgeous.
