I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. I was coming from outside the county and had an emergency situation with my car. They towed my car from the gas station, ordered the part, did all the work required to get me on my way, and charged me a reasonable amount. They could have taken complete advantage of the situation, but they did not. Not only will I recommend this garage to my relatives in town, but I'm also thinking of coming to Richmond and dropping my car off to do scheduled work the next time I am in town!

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.
