I purchased a dog training collar 2 months ago at the owner's other store in Pierrefonds. I brought the unit to his Queen Mary store to show that I had difficulties removing the battery. He told me that this shouldn't be the case. He promptly replaced it with a new training collar. No questions, no travelling, no hassles - great service. This store also has a vast selection of pet food for all budgets. I highly recommend this store for their staff's expertise and their goodwill :) Read more
