My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places.
