I've stayed twice at Canada's Best Value Inn while travelling for work, and it has been consistently nice. The rooms are clean and quiet and I get a good night's sleep when I stay here. The night clerk is polite and helpful as well.
The Canada's Best Value Inn suits my needs when I'm looking for a place to stay , and so well that on my second trip to Calgary I didn't consider staying anywhere else.

My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Dr Newman and his team are amazing. When I 1st started going to them I was terrified to go to the dentist and my teeth were quite bad. I had to have adavan just to get me in the chair. Dr Newman took his Tim and made sure I was comfortable through my appointments. With many appointments under my belt I am no long terrified to be at the dentist. My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.
