Great experience at HealthOne's clinic in North York at Yonge and Sheppard. I visited the walk-in clinic and was really impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was. The staff were friendly and professional, and having an in-house lab was a huge bonus, made the whole process quick and convenient. The clinic is also very clean, and I love that they have RMTs, I’m looking forward to trying the massage therapy on my next visit. Read more

Excellent service! Doctor Malkani was super friendly and answered all my questions during my eye exam. What especially stood out to me was that he sent me a detailed, thorough and informational follow-up email the next day with answers to all my questions and recommendations for future care. The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS. I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy ..... Read more

Excellent. Hanna and Steven (Stephen?) really know their stuff. Bought glasses from them 5 months ago. Today I went in because my frames were a little bent because I fell asleep in them. Stupid me. Steven fixed them right up and while he was at it changed the nose pads that I didn't know needed changing. This is service beyond service. Very impressed and very satisfied. Read more
