I didn't buy my pool from North West but wish I had.
We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!

They took care the stuff and the house not to get any damage.There are some challenge that they face and be able to deal with it very well. the challenges make the move longer and they didn't charge me extra. I could not explain it further due to the limitation on the number of words that I could write. Im the kind of person that is hard to pleased.
