I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

She gave me copies of articles & wrote a number of other books/articles to research. The receptionist was very rude upon arriving, but, once in Dr. Englands office, she could not have been more helpful; very proud of Dr. England. You will wait for a couple of hrs. so be prepared, but WORTH IT!
