I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I find many staples stores vary between the respect employees have for their customers, but I found this location not so terrible, slow lines for checkout and for printing but thats all. I find the manager for the printing center there very nice and is very helpful.
