Not sure why this place has really bad reviews. I got an appointment Friday Morning 9:15am, place was busy, staff were friendly, clean place, doctor Efrem Mendelcorn was ok. Only bad thing is there is a long waiting time, 2-3 hours to get things done.

Dr. Garber has been amazing and she takes our concerns seriously with our little guy. Shes attentive and makes sure we get the referrals and support we need. Due to a leave of absence, we are seeing another doctor in the practice and the wait times are unfortunately very long with him. They do make arrangements for same-day appointments when a child is very sick and needs to be seen and wait times are long but that is to be expected for a work-in.

We know they're always busy, there's always someone to treat after, but it really touched us how Dr. Gawlik sat down with our girls to ease them into braces, and she even called Dr. Gep from the other room and together they explained to the girls how to take care of their teeth, especially with braces on. It was an experience for the whole family, a solid team effort!

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.
