Dr. Garber has been amazing and she takes our concerns seriously with our little guy. Shes attentive and makes sure we get the referrals and support we need. Due to a leave of absence, we are seeing another doctor in the practice and the wait times are unfortunately very long with him. They do make arrangements for same-day appointments when a child is very sick and needs to be seen and wait times are long but that is to be expected for a work-in.

Absolutely love Dr. Mckeown, she is such a great doctor. She is very through and answers all your questions. She is always understanding of your worries and requests, I never leave her office feeling bad. She is so kind and really cares and connects with her patients on another level. As a senior I had shown up at the office 3 hours early d was told my appointment was at 2:30. I asked the receptionist if I could be taken in earlier to see Dr. Joe. See checked her schedule and said he could see me at 12;30. I thanked her and ran a couple of other errands.
I have been a patient of Dr Joe for over 30 years as have my youngest son . My Joe used to wear glasses and now at 33 he has no need for glasses. Today I just passed my vision testing for my drivers license at 82 .

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.
