I arrived in St. Johns off a cruise ship suffering what we soon figured out as sever side effects from a sea sickness patch. Blurred vision and pressure behind eyes. Dr Caissie and his staff were wonderful in squeezing me in during his lunch break. I found Dr. Caisse to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and all around caring person. He went as far as checking up on me a few days later and then after I arrived back home from the cruise. Anyone would be lucky to have him as an Optometrist! Read more

I had 2 sessions of difficult extractions and had zero anxieties - the people were outgoing and calming. Dr. Bella and Sharon were super skilled and very patient during a difficult process. I am 64 years young, and this is the best dental experience I have ever had in all my years. Despite the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic, everyone was cool and relaxed, and made me feel at home. I just found myself a new dentist and the hygienist Haley, they are both amazing! Doctors are wonderful, great bedside manners and carrying! Receptionist could use a new one! She is rude and tries to diagnose you over the phone, doesn’t want to take the time to open your file or listen to what the doctor instructed you to do. Also doesn’t take any compassion to try and book you around your female cycle , and thinks her appointment slot will work anyways…. It took me two years to get into my first appointment due to her trying to tell her time slot should work, I know my body! Read more
