As a person who is petified of going to the dentist, I am so relieved to have found Dr Steffens. I have had root canals, tooth pulled and fillings along with regular cleaning. She is very aware of her client’s needs, freezing and gas for me and it has made my visits pain free. Dr Steffens has a wonderful staff that have a way of making you feel at ease, Nelson’s music choices are always the best. You won’t be disappointed !!

My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. From the second Kari called us into the room she was amazing. Not only with the way she handled my daughter and the kindness and patience she showed her but also with how reassuring she was with me as well! Excellent place and people. My son and I have gone there since my old dentist retired 10 or more years ago. Dr. Li is always gentle, kind and explains everything he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and is always concerned about your comfort level. The Staff and the wife of Dr. Li are always helpful and compassionate. My elderly parents go there too and are always treated with great care. You will not find better care anywhere.

Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Even when prescribing medication, Dr. Chaudhary has always considered the financial difficulties people have and has not prescribed the very expensive kind of meds that I could not afford.
