35 years ago, I was in a car accident and broke my back. Dr. Alexander cancelled his pending vacation to perform a spinal fusion. Thanks to his expertise, I have been able to live a full life, including playing hockey again, doing everything I would have normally been able to do and I can also keep up with my almost 7 year old daughter at the age of 56. I called Dr. Drone in Dartmouth with firmware issues on my DJI Phantom 3 Advanced. I spoke with Justin. He walked me through the process of getting it straightened out. Dr Leinen conducted a thorough consultation and was able to identify that I had pulpitis. He was able to immediately perform a procedure to alleviate the pain and pressure. He then provided post procedure instructions and said if the pain returned he would offer an emergency visit. I left feeling very reassured and relieved. Dr Leinen and his Office Admin both made it clear to me that they truly care about my wellbeing and that even though they are very busy my issue mattered to them very much.

He is a straght-shooter, and does not believe in treating things that don not need treatment, or getting tests that are not needed. He also is not afraid to tell you when he does not know the answer. I have questioned his diagnoses before and at the time wished he had have done more tests, but in the end hes been right 100% of the time. He knows his stuff.
