Have been going to the Croutze dental clinic ( Edmonton) for almost 35 years and we switched to the Tudor Glen (Brian Croutze) about a year ago- We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and as soon as you are a client they call you by your name each time. Dr Rocque Nobert is wonderful! I called yesterday after the office was closed because of a really bad toothache and Rocque offered to meet me at the office and open it up just for me. He and his lovely wife took time out of their Friday evening to look after me! Amazing! Turns out it wasn't my tooth at all but complications from a possible sinus infection but he took care of things. Rocque your willingness to help and genuine concern are heartwarming. Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!
