Having Dr. Tanious as our family doctor is a blessing and gift! He is attentive, thorough, incredibly patient and proactive! Frankly the level of service and care is incredible. I am a patient at this clinic for about 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, the doctors are professional, there is walk in clinic where there is never a long wait so if my doctor is not available I can see someone else, the location has a a lab, a pharmacy, and all sort of other specialized practices in the same building. Also, plenty of free parking.

Dr. Garber has been amazing and she takes our concerns seriously with our little guy. Shes attentive and makes sure we get the referrals and support we need. Due to a leave of absence, we are seeing another doctor in the practice and the wait times are unfortunately very long with him. They do make arrangements for same-day appointments when a child is very sick and needs to be seen and wait times are long but that is to be expected for a work-in.

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.
