My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. From the second Kari called us into the room she was amazing. Not only with the way she handled my daughter and the kindness and patience she showed her but also with how reassuring she was with me as well! Ive never had a bad expreince and always love my nails when they are done and last a long time. The place was clean as always and comfy. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour.
