I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. We went 48 hours without water. Something went wrong in our water well. Originally had a company (I will not mention the name here) booked to come and look at our well but they never showed up and told us they were too busy. We called almost everyone in our area and surrounding areas. It was either they were too busy (Water Well business must be very lucrative), they wouldn’t come to our area, no one returned my calls, or there was no answer. We were about to give up when I called The Plumbing Pros in Barrie and even though he couldn’t help us with our particular water problem, he took the time out of his busy schedule to call his suppliers to see if he can find someone for me. He called me back within 10 minutes with some recommendations. Because of this small act of kindness, we were able to get our water fixed! Had them do a customized bath room. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years.
