I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did.
