Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. Mike came to my house, discussed my plans and provided me with a quote. Not only did he install a new tub with enclosure, a new toilet and vanity set, but he also installed all the ceramic tiling as well! Mike was very detailed oriented and cleaned up after himself as he went.
