Recently ordered a custom birthday cake on short notice (less than a week). Ive contacted a bunch of bakeries around town and they would only take the order with a ridiculous surcharge. After I explained my circumstance, Cakeology actually came up with a solution for me so that I can still have my custom cake in time. They were very accommodating and helped me make this cake happen. I went to see Elizabeth both times for my extensions. She was so professional and really honest! My first time she walked me through everything step by step. She taught me how to properly take care of them and gave me an estimated date on how long they would last. They lasted longer than I expected! They looked so beautiful and I got so many compliments on them! The second time I went to get them taken out, they had knotted up badly, my fault as I didnt take as good of care of them. Well, normally a stylist would have just cut them out along with a huge chunk of my natural hair. But not Elizabeth! She took the time to brush out all the knots and saved me from having to get my all my hair chopped off! I'm now going again this week to get some clip ins put in and I look forward to it! Elizabeth is a friendly, wonderful and always professional woman. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done! If youre looking for the best in the city, Elizabeth's is the place to go!
