I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney. Read more

The staff at this Enterprise location were very accommodating (especially the manager), they went out of their way to ensure I had a vehicle for my trip and also let me make necessary changes throughout the trip without any hassle. If you are planning on renting a vehicle please take a look at their selection of vehicles as I had got a Toyota Camry that was in pristine condition and they let me return it close to my home as well which was located 50 KM away from them without charging me extra.
