I have been here twice now. Once we were a table of two and the most recent time with a large group. Having a standing menu angled so you can read it to choose your meal is kind of neat. Allows them to update their menu easily. We had the assiette campanarde, rabbit, special beef cheeks and creme brûlée to finish it off. The food was delicious and well presented visually and the service very good.

What a wonderful place for lunch this past weekend! We sat on the small, yet sunny patio out front and loved it. The Gooey Cheese Griller sandwich, the vegetarian sandwich, the spinach salad and french onion soup were wonderful. So yummy! And on Saturday's sangria pitchers are on special...and they were good! Not too juice tasting/sweet like most other places.
The only downfall I would say is the bathroom - it was not very clean and wasn't a great way to end lunch!

My husband and I have been going to The Pear Tree since we started dating as teenagers, and still head there at least once a year for kid-free date nights. Our lives have changed significantly over the past eighteen years, but the service and quality have remained top-notch. Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. Spend your money here its worth every penny.
