Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs.
I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.
One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.

People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. Ultimate Auto is top notch! They are honest helpful and use the best quality parts. I had some major front end work that needed to be done, other place quoted $300 more and that they’d need car for 2 or 3 days and Ultimate asked me to bring it in for 7:00 am and by 2:30 the job was complete. Best local repair shop anywhere! They know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you. My whole family uses them!
